Kast TON Card, explained: USDT on TON, Telegram wallets and getting money out

The Kast TON Card is the KAST Visa card funded with USDT sent over TON. KAST takes USDT on TON with no KAST fee and credits it 1:1 as dollars; Toncoin itself isn't accepted. TON is deposit-only, so withdrawals leave on Solana, TRON or Ethereum.

What is the Kast TON Card?

The Kast TON Card is the regular KAST Visa card, topped up with USDT sent over TON, the blockchain behind the wallets inside Telegram. There is no separate card: TON is one of the 13 networks you can choose when you deposit.

It is the shortest route for anyone holding USDT in Telegram Wallet or Tonkeeper. Instead of moving USDT to an exchange and out on another chain, you send it on TON straight to your KAST address.

How to deposit USDT on TON to KAST

USDT is the only coin KAST takes on TON:

  1. In the KAST app, tap Receive and choose Stablecoin.
  2. Pick USDT, then TON from the network list.
  3. Copy the address with the copy button.
  4. In your TON wallet or exchange, send USDT on TON to that address.

KAST charges nothing and credits it 1:1 in dollars. At least $1 has to arrive after network fees. If you don't have an account yet, our Kast Card sign up page covers opening one.

Sending from Telegram Wallet or Tonkeeper

Both wallets hold USDT on TON, so the transfer is a normal send: choose USDT, paste the KAST address and confirm. Make sure you are sending USDT, not Toncoin, and that the wallet isn't routing it through another network.

TON addresses look nothing like the 0x addresses of Ethereum-style chains, which makes a wrong-network mistake less likely. Always use the copy button rather than typing it.

No Toncoin, and memos only if shown

Toncoin isn't on KAST's convert list, unlike SOL, ETH, TRX or BNB. If your balance is in Toncoin, swap it to USDT inside your wallet first.

On memos, KAST's rule is the same across networks: if the deposit screen shows a memo or tag, include it exactly; if it doesn't, leave the field empty.

Getting money out when TON is deposit-only

KAST doesn't send out on TON. USDT can leave on Solana ($1 + 0.1%), TRON ($5 + 0.1%) or Ethereum ($6 + 0.1%), with a $5 minimum. Our Kast Solana Card and Kast TRON Card pages cover the two cheaper routes.

Card payments in US dollars are free, while other currencies carry a 0.5% to 1.75% FX fee. Our Kast Card fees page lists every charge.

Spending TON USDT with the Kast Card

Once the USDT lands it is a dollar balance you can spend anywhere Visa works. Cashback is paid in US dollars: up to 8%, with 1.5% on the free Standard tier and more on the paid tiers.
