Kast Card is available in Colombia, KAST's fastest-growing country in its first year. Your balance stays in US dollars, pesos move in and out by Bre-B or ACH for 1%, and eligible card purchases in pesos work out at 0% FX.
Is KAST available in Colombia?
Yes. KAST is available in Colombia: residents can sign up, verify and use the card, and peso transfers are part of the app. The only countries KAST turns away are those under sanctions, and Colombia isn't one.
Colombia was KAST's fastest-growing country in its first year, ahead of Argentina, and in April 2026 KAST added Colombian pesos so money can move between USD and COP inside the app. The supported countries page has the full list.

Receiving Colombian pesos in KAST
Receiving Colombian pesos in KAST works through Bre-B, Colombia's instant payment system. Tap Receive, choose COP Bank Transfer, and share your Bre-B key or the QR code with whoever is paying you. The pesos land in your account and are converted to dollars.
Only Colombian residents and citizens can receive COP. The payment-link option for deposits is also paused for now, so use the Bre-B key; KAST's help centre says payouts are unaffected.
Sending pesos to a Colombian bank
Sending pesos from KAST to a Colombian bank takes a few taps: Pay, COP payout, the amount, then a choice of rail. Bre-B pays a key or a scanned QR code almost instantly, any time of day, up to 11,500,000 COP per transfer. ACH pays a bank account the regular way and settles the same day.
Unlike receiving, sending COP is open to every KAST user, so someone abroad can pay family or a freelancer in Colombia straight from a dollar balance.

What COP transfers cost on KAST
COP transfers on KAST cost a 1% FX fee in each direction, with no fixed fee on top. The app shows the fee and the rate before you confirm. The minimum is 5,000 COP and there is no maximum.
On 1,000,000 COP that comes to about 10,000 COP. Every other charge is on our Kast Card fees page.
Paying in pesos with the Kast Card
Paying in pesos with the Kast Card works out at 0% FX on eligible purchases. That comes from KAST's LATAM FX Fee Rebate, which covers card spending in COP and other Latin American currencies until 31 December 2027.
The usual FX fee may be charged at checkout; KAST then credits it back in dollars, normally within a week. Only card purchases qualify; COP transfers, deposits and ATM withdrawals get no rebate. Apple Pay and Google Pay both work for Colombian residents.
Topping up KAST with stablecoins from Colombia
You can also fund KAST with stablecoins. Sending USDT or USDC to your deposit address costs nothing on KAST's side; you pay only the network fee. Solana is usually the quickest and cheapest route, and our Kast Solana Card page shows a deposit from Phantom.
Other coins such as BTC or ETH work too, but KAST converts them for a fee of roughly 2% to 5%.

Kast Card cashback and offers in Colombia
Kast Card cashback in Colombia is paid in US dollars: 1.5% on the free Standard tier, 2% on Premium and 3% on Private, with KAST Points on top of the paid tiers. Cashback goes up to 8%.
During the 2026 World Cup, KAST's Matchday game offered 2x cashback for 24 hours to anyone who correctly picked the winner of Colombia vs Portugal. The Rewards tab shows what is running now.

Using the KAST card at ATMs in Colombia
A KAST ATM withdrawal in Colombia costs $3 plus 2% of the amount, and the LATAM rebate does not cover it. Each withdrawal is capped at $250, with up to 3 withdrawals or $750 per 24 hours, and the ATM operator may add its own fee.
For pesos in a bank account, a COP payout at 1% is cheaper.
Is KAST worth it in Colombia?
KAST is worth it in Colombia if you earn or save in dollars or stablecoins and spend in pesos. COP moves in and out for 1% with no fixed fee, card purchases in pesos work out at 0% FX until the end of 2027, and cashback is paid in dollars.
It is less useful if you mostly need cash, because ATM fees add up. For most people the free Standard card is enough; Premium and Private only pay back at high monthly spend.
